BTB's Very First Women's Conference was a BLAST!!!

I just want to give God a ginormous thank you and praise clap for all that He did behind and through the scenes to make last Saturday's women's conference an absolutely amazing time of fellowship, discipleship, worship, friendship, and FUN!

Our facilitators were raw, open, and ALL-IN to do some kingdom work!  All of the ladies who joined us were transparent and excited to take on the day's activities and challenges.

On the topics of Beauty from Ashes, Righteousness,

Intelligence - Finding God's Purpose for Our Lives, Discipline, and Exercise... we worked out our brain muscles and our physical muscles.  No spoke of wellness on the wellness wheel was left behind or unattended to.

I know I already have, but I want to give another big "thank you!!!" to the women who stood alongside me to lead the workshops: Laura Gethers, Alice Giraud, Janice Green (my mom), Deidre Matthews, and our worship leader - Yvonne Marie!  You ladies made this event a God-filled time because you are truly "oaks of righteousness"!  God bless you this day and always, sisters!

I emailed a survey to all of the attendees and have created an online poll here, in order to help us improve for the upcoming events.  I hope that all of our ladies will take the time to answer those brief questions and that they will each bring more friends the next time.  Let's spread the word to other ladies who need this time with other women so desperately!

Once again, God, thank you for last Saturday's conference and all of the women who participated.  Thank you for setting things up where we ended up using the College Park Marriott Conference Center... they were amazingly good to us!  Thank you for Maria Flores!!!!  Thank you, thank you!  Amen!
